Notice is hereby given that on 25 July 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by the directors of Texcraft (UK) Limited for inter alia an Order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up Texcraft (UK) Limited (Company No. SC078266) having its Registered Office at Unit 1, 30 Clyde Place, Glasgow G5 8AQ and to appoint an Interim Liquidator, in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 25 July 2018 appointed Notice of the Import of the Petition and of the deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Herald newspaper; ordained any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; eo die nominated and appointed Stuart Charles Robb, Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group, 58 Waterloo Street, Glasgow G2 7DA and Julien Robert Irving, Chartered Accountant, Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group, 18/22 Bridge Street, Spinningfields, Manchester M3 3BZ to be provisional liquidators of the Company and authorised them to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 for a limited period of 3 months from this date hereof and that until an interim liquidator is appointed or the petition at the instance of the directors presently pending in this court for appointment is dismissed; all of which Notice is hereby given.
