“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Dolliver (IP No. 15230) and Joseph Luke Charleton (IP No. 12910) both of Ernst & Young LLP, Bedford House, 16 Bedford Street, Belfast BT2 7DT be and they are appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
