"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Upton (IP No. 009594) and David Scrivener (IP No. 15690) both of Ensors Accountants LLP, 1st Floor, Victory House, Vision Park, Chivers Way, Histon, Cambridge, CB24 9ZR be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
