A Petition to wind up the above-named company of TERRA GAMES LIMITED (10889051) of 1 Sun Court, Wolborough Street, Newton Abbot TQ12 1JJ, whose nature of business is 47650 (Retail sale of games and toys in specialised stores), presented on Thursday 28 November 2019, at 10:00 by PETER JOHN HEAL, of New House, Courtenay Road, Newton Abbot TQ12 1HP claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 17 February 2020, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
