A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at AVC House, 21 Northampton Lane, Swansea, SA1 4EH, presented on 25 February 2019, by LBS BUILDERS MERCHANTS LIMITED, Station Road, Llandeilo, Carmarthenshire, SA19 6NL, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Leeds Combined Court Centre, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, LEEDS, LS1 3BG, on 9 April 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
