“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Reeves (IP No. 7882) of Fortis Insolvency Limited, Peter House, Oxford Street, Manchester, M1 5AN be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of such winding up.”
