“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Joseph Gordon Maurice Sadler (IP No. 9048) and Craig Andrew Ridgley (IP No. 23232) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 14 Regent Street, Nottingham, NG1 5BQ be appointed Joint liquidators of the Company."
