Notice is hereby given that on 12 April 2018 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by Ten Nineteen Ltd, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC407367) and having its Registered Office at 227 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2ND (“the Company”), craving the court, inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator be appointed; in which petition the Sheriff at Glasgow, by interlocutor dated 12 April 2018, ordained the Company and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
