At a General Meeting of the members of the above-named Company duly convened and held at 11.30 am at G. van der Muelenweg 3, 7443 RE Nijverdal, The Netherlands on 16 December 2021 the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James O Everist (IP No. 22710) and Andrew J Cordon (IP No. 009687) both of CFS Restructuring LLP, 22 Regent Street, Nottingham, NG1 5BQ be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
