"That the LLP be and is hereby wound up voluntarily and that David Smithson (IP No. 9317) and Alex Cadwallader (IP No. 9501) both of Leonard Curtis, 1580 Parkway, Solent Business Park, Whiteley, Fareham, Hampshire, PO15 7AG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the LLP and the Liquidators are authorised to act jointly and severally."
