I, Yvonne Quinn (IP No. 15490) of Grayson Corporate, Clyde Offices, 2nd Floor, 48 West George Street, Glasgow G2 1BP hereby give notice that I was appointed Liquidator of Tempmaster Limited by resolution of a meeting of members held pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 on 9 November 2016. Furthermore, notice is also hereby given pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of creditors of the above named Company will be held at the offices of G W Reid Associates 42A Prestwick Rd, Ayr KA8 8LB on 18 November 2016, at 2.30 pm for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 to 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, from the offices of Grayson Corporate, Clyde Offices, 2nd Floor, 48 West George Street, Glasgow G2 1BP (info@graysoncorporate.com) during the two business days preceding the above meeting.

Resolutions to be proposed at the meeting of creditors may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated, and the meeting may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting.
