At a General Meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at 42A Prestwick Road, Ayr, on 9 November 2016, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and an ordinary resolution, respectively:

1. “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up same and, accordingly, that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

2. “That Yvonne Quinn of Grayson Corporate Limited, Clyde Offices, 2nd Floor, 48 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1BP be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up”.
