Notice is hereby given that it is the Joint Liquidators' intention to complete the Liquidation of the Company and make a final distribution to Members of the Company as soon as practicable. To this end, the Liquidators have obtained an order of the Court dated 29 October 2019 in case number CR-2019-004209 (the 'Order') to the effect that any person who wishes to bring a claim or make any application relating to the membership of the Company or to any right to participate in a distribution of the Company's assets should to do by making an application to the Court supported by evidence within case number CR-2019-004209 any such application to be filed with the Court by 4.00 pm on Friday 10 January 2020 and served on the Joint Liquidators by 4.00 pm on 31 January 2020.

A further hearing will be held on 22 April 2020 at 2.00 pm, at which the court will consider whether to direct that the Joint Liquidators are to be at liberty to complete the winding up without reference to the claims of any person who has not made and served an application within the times set out above.

The Court means The High Court of Justice Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD).

David Rubin and Asher Miller of Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London, N12 8LY were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 26 July 2018.
