On 3rd August 2018 a Petition was presented to Forfar Sheriff Court by Teejay Travel Limited, (Company Number: SC322110) and having its registered office at Unit 1, Elliot Industrial Estate, Arbroath, Scotland, DD11 2NJ craving the Court inter alia to order that Teejay Travel Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number: SC322110) and having its registered office at Unit 1, Elliot Industrial Estate, Arbroath, Scotland, DD11 2NJ (“the Company”) be wound up under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 and to appoint Claire Middlebrook, Insolvency Practitioner of Middlesbrooks Business Recovery and Advice, 11A Dublin Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3BG as Interim Liquidator of the said Company and meantime appointed said Claire Middlebrook to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Company until an Interim Liquidator of the said Company is appointed or the said Petition is dismissed. All parties claiming an interest must lodge Answers with Forfar Sheriff Court, 22 Market Street, Forfar, DD8 3WT within 8 days of intimation, service and advertisement.
