At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Flat 3, 19C St John’s Park, Blackheath, London, SE3 7TD on 1 September 2021 at 11.45am the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

That the Company be wound up voluntarily and

That Julie Swan (IP No. 9168) and Mark Phillips (IP No. 9320) of SKSi, Unit 1, First Floor, Brook Business Centre, Cowley Mill Road, Uxbridge, UB8 2FX be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.
