Notice is hereby given that on 19 June 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Scottish Water Business Stream Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts, (company number SC294924), having its registered office at 7 Lochside View, Edinburgh, EH12 9DH craving the court inter alia that Teddy Morgan Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts, (company number SC409616), and now having its registered office at 1/1 104 Berryknowes Road, Glasgow, Scotland, G52 2TT be wound up by the court and that a Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 19 June 2019 appointed all persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement, under certification, and meantime, appoints Blair Nimmo and Alistair McAlinden Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Practitioners of KPMG, 319 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5AS to be Liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in Parts 4 and 5 of part 2 of schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
