“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Underwood (IP No. 2603) and Simon Carvill-Biggs (IP No. 15930) both of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
