"That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and that

"Dean Anthony Nelson and Nicholas Charles Osborn Lee of Smith Cooper, St Helens House, King Street, Derby DE1 3EE and Smith Cooper, 158 Edmund Street, Birmingham B3 2HB be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately."
