“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sarah Cook (IP No. 18750) and Andy John (IP No. 20896) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD be and are hereby authorised to distribute, amongst the shareholder, in specie all or any part of the assets of the Company".
