"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Jagger (IP No. 22838) and Ben Woodthorpe (IP No. 18370) both of ReSolve Advisory Limited, 22 York Buildings, John Adam Street, London, WC2N 6JU be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and any such acts may be done by both or any one of them."
