"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Chris Newell (IP No. 13690) and David Meany (IP No. 9453) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 2nd Floor, Arcadia House, 15 Forlease Road, Maidenhead, SL6 1RX be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
