At an Extraordinary General Meeting of TEACHING AND LEARNING CO LIMITED duly convened and held on 25 July 2022 at 12:00, the following resolutions were passed, Resolution 1 as a Special Resolution and Resolution 2 as an Ordinary Resolution.

1. THAT TEACHING AND LEARNING CO Limited be wound up voluntarily

2. THAT Stuart John Rathmell of Stuart Rathmell Insolvency, Egyptian Mill, Egyptian Street, Bolton BL1 2HS be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the Company’s affairs and distributing its assets.
