“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ben Woolrych and David Thornhill, both of FRP Advisory LLP, 7th Floor, Ship Canal House, 98 King Street, Manchester, M2 4WU, (IP Nos. 10550 and 8840) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
