We, Jason Abbott and Will Hannah were Directors of the Company during the twelve months ending with the day before it went into Liquidation.

We give notice that it is our intention to act in one or more ways specified in Section 216 (3) of the Insolvency Act by carrying on the business of Tea 42 Restaurants Limited under a new Business or Limited Company using “Tea 42” in its title
