At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held by written resolutions, the following Resolutions were duly passed by requisite majority on 19 JUNE 2020, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.
