NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of creditors is to be held at the PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP London office and creditors are invited to attend remotely on 15 September 2020 at 2.30pm, for the purpose of considering the Administrators’ proposals for achieving the administration.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and claims by email to uk_travelex_creditors@pwc.com or by post to Central Square, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL (email is preferable to ensure delivery by voting deadline in the current situation) by 16:00 on the business day before the meeting. The convener of the meeting is David James Kelly.
