1. "The company be wound up voluntarily by members" and

2. "That Anthony Sargeant of Bridgewood Financial Solutions Limited, Second Floor, Poynt South, Upper Parliament Street, Nottingham NG1 6LF, be, and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up".
