Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors of Tayone Food Limited will be held at Suite 8, The Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee, DD1 4QB on 18 December 2018 at 10.30 am for the purposes of considering and, if thought fit, approving the proposals of the Administrator for achieving the objectives of the Administration, and also to consider establishing, if thought fit, a creditors’ committee. Please note that a creditor is entitled to vote only if he has lodged a claim at or before the meeting, the claim has been duly admitted under the provisions of the relevant legislation and there has been lodged with the Administrator any proxy which the creditor intends to be used on his behalf.
