"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Karyn Jones (IP No. 8562) and Hayley Simmons (IP No. 9022) both of Shaw Gibbs Insolvency Ltd, 264 Banbury Road, Oxford, OX2 7DY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."
