At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Station House, Midland Drive, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B72 1TU on 20 March 2019 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Gerald Irwin (IP No. 8753) of Irwin Insolvency, Station House, Midland Drive, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B72 1TU be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”

At a subsequent meeting, the creditors appointed Yasmin Bhikha and John Lowe as the Joint Liquidators, and Gerald Irwin was given his release.
