Registered office: Begbies Traynor, 2-3 Winckley Court, Chapel Street, Preston, PR1 8BU

Principal trading address: (Former) 142-143 Friargate, Preston, PR1 2EJ

We, Lila Thomas and David Acland (IP Nos 009608 and 008894) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP of 2 - 3 Winckley Court, Chapel Street, Preston, PR1 8BU were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 15 November 2013.

On 4 July 2016, a block transfer order was made in the Manchester District Registry of the High Court of Justice (number 2508 of 2016) transferring the appointment of Lila Thomas and David Robert Acland to Ian McCulloch (IP Number: 18532) and Dean Watson (IP Number: 009661) of this firm as Joint Liquidators. On 06 July 2021, Paul Stanley (IP Number: 008123) replaced Ian McCulloch as Joint Liquidator of the Company by order of the Court.

The joint liquidators intend to declare a First and Final dividend to the non-preferential creditors of the Company who, not already having done so, are required on or before the 12 April 2022 (“the last date for proving”) to send their proofs of debt to the joint liquidators, at Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 - 3 Winckley Court, Chapel Street, Preston PR1 8BU and, if so requested to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the liquidators to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt by the last date for proving will be excluded from the dividend, which we intend to declare within the period of 2 months of that date.

Creditors with a small debt

In accordance with the provisions of Part 14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, a creditor whose debt is a small debt not exceeding ÂŁ1,000 is deemed to have proved for the purposes of determination and payment of this dividend and is not required to prove their debt as described by this notice unless advised otherwise by the Joint Liquidators.

If a small debt creditor believes that there is a discrepancy with the amount they are owed, the creditor will be required to submit a proof of debt form by no later than the last date for proving in order to participate in the dividend.

Any person who requires further information may contact the Joint Liquidator by telephone on 01772 202000. Alternatively enquiries can be made to Keeley Lord by e-mail at keeley.lord@btguk.com or by telephone on 01772 202000.
