Notice is hereby given under Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 by the Joint Liquidators, Simon Peter Carvill-Biggs and Laurence Pagden, to the creditors of the above named Company, that we intend declaring an interim dividend to the unsecured (i.e. non-preferential) creditors within two months of the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 18 September 2019, the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt to me at Menzies LLP, 2 Sovereign Quay, Havannah Street, Cardiff, CF10 5SF and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because he has not participated in it. No further public advertisement or invitation to prove debts will be given.

The value of the prescribed part is ÂŁ141,762.84.

Under Rule 14.32(2) a Liquidator is not obliged to deal with claims lodged after the date of proving.
