I, Philip Stephen Wallace (IP No. 008596) of P S Wallace & Co., Chartered Accountants, 284 Clifton Drive South, Lytham St Annes, Lancashire FY8 1LH, (IP No. 008596), give notice that on 2 June 2016 I was appointed Liquidator of Taxbak Limited by resolution of the members.

Notice is hereby given that the creditors of the above named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, are required, on or before 15 July 2016 to send in their full names and addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any), to the undersigned Philip Stephen Wallace, P.S.
