It should be noted that the liquidation of Tawa Associates Ltd, Tawa Management Limited, Amberley Alternative Assets Limited, Pocono Holdings Limited and Q360 Limited (“the Companies”), are solvent liquidations.

Notice is hereby given, under Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016, that it is the intention of the Liquidator to declare a first and final distribution to creditors in respect of the above-named Companies.

Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 28th January 2022 (the last day for proving), to send their proofs of debt in writing to the undersigned Patricia Angela Marsh, (Office Holder Number: 9592) of MH Recovery Limited, Citygate House, r/o 197-199 Baddow Road, Chelmsford, Essex CM2 7PZ the Liquidator of the Companies appointed on 16th September 2021 by resolution of the members and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary.

It should be noted that, after this date, the Liquidator has the right to defray any outstanding expenses of the winding up from the assets of the companies and to make a first and final distribution, without further regard to creditors’ claims which were not proved within the above-mentioned period.

ALL KNOWN CREDITORS HAVE BEEN OR WILL BE PAID IN FULL.
