A Petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is at Unit 1a Clydesmuir Industrial Estate, Clydesmuir Road, Cardiff, CF24 2QS presented on 2 December 2019 by FEDERAL CAPITAL LIMITED whose registered office is at 14a Old Marsh Farm Barns, Welsh Road, Seal`and, CH5 2LY, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Business and Property Courts of Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ on 16 March 2020 at 10:00 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
