“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Laurence Pagden, (IP No. 9055) and Simon Peter Carvill-Biggs, (IP No. 15930) both of Menzies Business Recovery LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
