"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Jagger (IP No. 22838) and Ben Woodthorpe (IP No. 18370) both of ReSolve Advisory Limited, 22 York Buildings, London, WC2N 6JU be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up and any acts may be done by all or any one of them.”
