Notice is hereby given, that all creditors are required, on or before 28 October 2021, to send to the Liquidator at Henderson Loggie LLP, The Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee DD1 4QB full details of the claims. Creditors must also, if so requested by the Liquidator, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as the Liquidator deems necessary.

It should be noted that, if a creditor does not deliver its claim to the Liquidator by the required date, the Liquidator may make distributions to creditors or shareholders that she thinks fit without regard to the claim of any such creditor.
