At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at the offices of First Floor, 5 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7RD on 24 June 2022, the following resolutions were duly passed; No 1 as a Special Resolution and No 2 as an Ordinary Resolution:-

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Hunt (IP No. 21772) of SFP Restructuring Limited, 9 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Marsh Wall, London E14 9XQ be, and is hereby, appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the winding-up."

A decision confirming the appointment of the Liquidator was made by deemed consent on the same day.
