At a meeting of the above named company duly convened and held on 13 June 2019 the following resolutions were passed:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its current and/or impending liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same under a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation."

"That Simon Thomas Barriball and Sandra McAlister of McAlister & Co Insolvency Practitioners Limited, 10 St Helen's Road, Swansea, SA1 4AW be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the company and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately."

By way of a Deemed Consent procedure dated 13 June 2019 no objections were received and subsequently the appointment of Simon Thomas Barriball and Sandra McAlister as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
