Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of Creditors of the above named company will be held at: Jubilee House, Jubilee Walk, Three Bridges, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 1QL on 2 June 2017 at 11.30 am for the following purposes mentioned in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act: presenting a statement of the Company’s affairs to the meeting; considering the appointment of a liquidator; considering the appointment of a liquidation committee.

At the meeting creditors may be invited to confirm the basis of the remuneration of the liquidator appointed by the meeting and, if appropriate to confirm the payment of the costs of convening the meeting and preparation of the statement of affairs.

Mark Stephen Goldstein of Mark Goldstein Associates Limited, Kingswood Court, 1 Hemlock Close, Kingswood, Surrey KT20 6QW is qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner in relation to the above company and will furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the company’s affairs as is reasonably required between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm two business days prior to the date of meeting.

Forms of proxy and proof of debt to be used at the meeting must be completed and lodged at the company’s Registered Office at 1 Hemlock Close, Kingswood, Surrey KT20 6QW not later than 12 noon on the last working day preceding the meeting. Secured creditors must also, unless they surrender their security, give particulars of their security, and its assessed value if they wish to vote at the meeting.

For the purpose of verification of claims, a statement of your account should be forwarded to Mark Goldstein Associates Limited, 1 Hemlock Close, Kingswood, Surrey KT20 6QW.
