At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Business Central, 2 Union Square, Darlington, Couty Durham, DL1 1GL on 7 February 2018 at 4.00 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Martyn Pullin (IP No. 15530) and David Willis (IP No. 9180) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Dakota House, 25 Falcon Court, Preston Farm Business Park, Stockton on Tees, TS18 3TX be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
