Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Joint Administrators of the above named Company (the 'conveners') are seeking a decision from Creditors on the following resolutions:

That the Joint Adminstrators' proposals be approved; In the absence of a creditors committee, the remuneration of the Joint Administrators be fixed by reference to time properly spent by them and their staff in attending to matters as set out in the Fees Estimate (for an amount not exceeding ÂŁ35,158); That the unpaid pre-administration costs as detailed in the Joint Administrators' Statement of Proposals be approved for payment as an expense of the Administration; That the basis of the recharge of the recharge of the Joint Administrators' category 2 disbursements be fixed by reference to the rates set out in the Joint Administrators' Statement of Proposals and that they be authorised to be reimbursed such disbursements as and when funds permit and that the Joint Administrators be discharged from liability in respect of any actions of theirs as Joint Admiistrators pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 98(2)(b) of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986, immediately upon their appointment ceasing to have effect, by way of correspondence.

A creditor's vote by correspondence must be received by no later than 23.59 hours on 7 August 2017 (the 'decision date'). Details of how to cast a vote are included in the correspondence delivered to creditors. If any creditor has not received this correspondence or requires further information please contact the Joint Administrators using the details below.

In order to be counted a creditor's vote must be accompanied by a proof in respect of the creditor's claim (unless it has already been given). A creditor's vote will be disregarded if their proof in respect of their claim is not received on or before the decision date. A creditor who has opted out from receiving notices may nevertheless vote if the creditor provides a proof of debt in the requisite time frame. Proofs may be delivered to 5th Floor, Grove House, 248a Marylebone Road, London, NW1 6BB.
