Notice is hereby given that on 13 April 2017 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Aberdeen Sheriff Court by Tableten Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act and having its registered office at Aberdeen Airpark, Cairn Industrial Park, Dyce, Aberdeen AB21 0HH (registered number SC233127) craving the Court inter alia that the said Tableten Limited be wound up by the Court and that joint interim liquidators be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Aberdeen by interlocutor dated 19 April 2017 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen Sheriff Court, Aberdeen Civil Justice Centre and Commercial Courts, Queen Street, Aberdeen AB10 1AQ within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service and in the meantime appointed Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Geoffrey Isaac Jacobs, both of KPMG LLP, 37 Albyn Place, Aberdeen AB10 1JB to be joint provisional liquidators of the said Tableten Limited; all of which notice is hereby given.
