Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 4 February 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Carl Jackson (IP No. 8860) and Andrew Watling (IP No. 15910) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."

This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Carl Jackson, of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ.
