"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David James Robson (IP No. 11130) of Gaines Robson Insolvency Ltd, Carrwood Park, Selby Road, Leeds, LS15 4LG are hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
