A petition to wind up the above named T Scaffolding Ltd of 66 Havelock Close, India Way, London, England, W12 7NQ (Registered Office) presented on 8 September 2020 by BRISKO SCAFFOLDING LIMITED TRADING AS BRISKO METAL RESOURCES, of Unit 16 Kingsmill Business Park, Chapel Mill Lane, Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey, KT1 3GZ (Registered Office) claiming to be a creditor of the Company will be heard at The Companies Court, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL, on Wednesday 25 November 2020 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support it or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned by 1600 hours on Tuesday 24 November 2020.
