At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at FRP Advisory LLP, Ashcroft House, Ervington Court, Meridian Business Court, Leicester, LE19 1WL on 21 March 2018, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that John Lowe and Nathan Jones of FRP Advisory LLP, Ashcroft House, Ervington Court, Meridian Business Court, Leicester, LE19 1WL be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up." At the subsequent meeting of the Creditors held on 21 March 2018 the appointment of John Lowe and Nathan Jones was not confirmed and Craig Povey (IP No. 9665) of CVR Global LLP, Three Brindleyplace, 2nd Floor, Birmingham, B1 2JB and Richard Toone (IP No. 9146) of CVR Global LLP, New Fetter Place West, 55 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1AA were appointed as Joint Liquidators.
