Notice is hereby given that on 8 August 2018 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Lanark by T P T Civil Engineering Ltd a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC285098) and having its Registered Office at 28 Craigie Brae, Lesmahagow, Lanark, ML11 0BU (“the Company”), craving the court, inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator be appointed; in which petition the Sheriff at Lanark, by interlocutor dated 8 August 2018, ordained the Company and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Lanark within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
