A Petition to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at 1 Royal Terrace, Southend-On-Sea, Essex SS1 1EA presented on the 14 February 2020 by A1 METAL RECYCLING (2014) whose Registered Office is at 12 Tentercroft Street, Lincoln LN5 7DB claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 14 April 2020 at 10.30 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard)

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 of The Insolvency Rules 2016 by 1600 hours on 13 April 2020.
